VitezFest provides application for showing historical fortresses in Serbia and surrounding countries, and information about Vitez Fest itself. At the same time though, we take the privacy of the User’s location details very seriously and handle them with great care, in keeping with data protection law. Where applicable, before commencing Map, the User consents to its personal data being recorded and used by us in the way described in this data protection notice. The User’s data is needed for actual technical usage.
1. Information we collect. We collect information from you when you turn on location services needed for entering the “Мапе тврђава”. You may, however, visit our application without the location service on, but you will not be able to enter “Мапе тврђава“.
2. Information disclosure. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others right, property, or safety.
